Book Our Facility
We love supporting and partnering with the community around us. As part of those efforts, we make our facilities available to people, organizations, and film productions that need space for activities consistent with the church’s values, mission, and ministry.

Local organizations, film crews, and individuals have used the facilities for one-time or short-term usage.
Availability for ongoing usage is limited but will be considered. We prioritize non-profit organizations that are supported by the church, but also work with other nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
Generally, the Sanctuary, buildings and grounds are not available for use by outside groups on Sundays. No activities or advocacy may take place within the buildings or on the grounds that conflicts with the policies and the practices of FUMC and The United Methodist Church. We do not allow smoking or alcohol on the premises. -

Filming
First UMC has been a favorite location of the entertainment and media industries for over 20 years. Our site also offers a variety of distinctive spaces, including offices, a large Fellowship Hall, a Great Hall, Gothic architecture, and more! Our location has an on-site parking lot for base camp, crew parking, and catering.
Weddings
We are delighted that you are considering First UMC for your special day. Marriage is one of the most important events in life and this church would like to help make this day a memorable one for you.
Memorials
We send you our condolences for the loss of your loved one. Memorial services can be held in our Sanctuary (excluding May - September) our Chapel, or Fellowship Hall—all of which provide a peaceful, meaningful atmosphere.
